In a manner similar to that of Example (19g), by reaction of 400 mg (10.0 mmol, 18 eq) of sodium hydroxide and 270 mg (0.55 mmol, 1 eq) of methyl 3-[3′-(3-heptyl-1-methylureido)-2-(3-hydroxypropoxy)biphenyl-4-yl]propanoate in 3 ml of a tetrahydrofuran/methanol mixture (8/2), and after crystallization from ethyl acetate/heptane, 135 mg of 3-[3′-(3-heptyl-1-methylureido)-2-(3-hydroxypropoxy)biphenyl-4-yl]propanoic acid are obtained in the form of a white powder (m.p.=107° C.). Yield=51%
