The title compound was prepared following the procedure for 14a using 13c and 1-methylpiperazine. 1H-NMR (CD3OD) δ (ppm): 2.32 (3H, s), 2.67 (4H, brm), 3.40 (4H, brm), 3.85 (3H, s), 6.88 (2H, m), 7.02 (1H, d, J=2.47 Hz), 7.31 (1H, dd, J=9.06, 2.20 Hz), 7.66 (2H, m), 8.16 (1H, d, J=9.06 Hz), 8.52 (1H, s). m/z 390.4 (MH+).
