Reaction Steps
4-[2-(4-Aminopiperidin-1-yl)ethyl]-6,8-difluoro-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one (Intermediate 71) (1 mmol), 3-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrido[3,2-b][1,4]oxazine-6-carbaldehyde (WO 2004/058144) (220 mg, 1.24 mmol) and sodium cyanoborohydride (130 mg, 2.1 mmol) were reacted as described for Example 21 to give 41 mg (8%) product as a dry film.
