Reaction Steps
tert-Butyl {1-[2-(6-fluoro-2-oxoquinoxalin-1(2H)-yl)ethyl]piperidin-4-yl}carbamate (Intermediate 142, 380 mg, 0.97 mmol) was reacted with trifluoroacetic acid in dichloromethane as described for Intermediate 140 to give 260 mg (93%) of the crude product as an oil.
