1-[2-(4-Aminopiperidin-1-yl)ethyl]-6,8-difluoroquinoxalin-2(1H)-one (Intermediate 196, 52 mg) was reacted with 3-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrido[3,2-b][1,4]oxazine-6-carbaldehyde (WO 2004/058144) and sodium acetoxyborohydride as described for Example 107 yielding 29 mg of the title compound.
