4-[2-(4-Aminopiperidin-1-yl)ethyl]-6-chloro-1,2,4-benzotriazin-3(4H)-one 1-oxide (Intermediate 205, (0.25 g) was reacted with 2,3-dihydro[1,4]dioxino[2,3-c]pyridine-7-carbaldehyde (WO 2004/058144) (0.14 g) and sodium acetoxyborohydride (0.34 g) as described for Example 107. Chromatography on silica gel with 0-20% methanol in dichloromethane gave 60 mg of the title compound as acetic acid salt (0.37 g).
