The title compound is prepared by reaction of 3-[[2'-(N-t-butylsulfamoyl)-3-fluorobiphenyl-4-yl]methyl]-2-methoxyimino-4-oxooctanenitrile (from Example 8, Step J) with 2-bromo-5-nitrophenylhydrazine hydrochloride [prepared from 2-bromo-5-nitroaniline according to H. Stroh and G. Westphal, Chem. Ber., 96, 184 (1963)], following the procedure of Example 1, Step G.
