Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared following the procedure of Example 21 using 2-n-butyl-1-[(4-carbomethoxyphenyl)methyl]-1H-imidazol-5-carboxaldehyde and diethyl benzylmalonate; mp 120°-124° C.
