Reacting 2-chloromethylpyrazine with ethylenediamine by the procedure of Example 34 and reacting the resulting N-(2-pyrazinylmethyl)ethylenediamine with N-cyano-N',S-dimethylisothiourea by the procedure of Example 3 give the title compound.
