215 mg (0.494 mmol) of (2R*,4S*)-2-benzyl-1-(2-phenylethyl)-N-(4-quinolylmethyl)-N-trifluoroacetyl-4-piperidinamine are reacted with 77 mg (1.97 mmol) of sodium borohydride in analogy to Example 2. The title compound ##STR37## is obtained as oil. TLC: methylene chloride/methanol/conc. ammonia (700:50:1) Rf =0.34, FD-MS: M+ =435.
