170 mg (0.280 mmol) of (2R*,4S*)-2-benzyl-1-(2,2-diphenylethyl)-N-(4-quinolylmethyl)-N-trifluoroacetyl-4-piperidinamine are reacted with 42 mg (1.12 mmol) of sodium borohydride in analogy to Example 2. The title compound ##STR41## is obtained as white foam. TLC: methylene chloride/methanol/conc. ammonia (1000:50:1) Rf =0.28, FD-MS: M+ =511.
