138 mg (0.230 mmol) of (2R*,4S*)-2-benzyl-1-(2,6-dichlorobenzoyl)-N-(4-quinolylmethyl)-N-trifluoroacetyl-4-piperidinamine are reacted in analogy to Example 40 with 18.4 mg (0.460 mmol) of sodium hydroxide in 1.5 ml of tetrahydrofuran and 1.5 ml of methanol. The title compound ##STR68## is obtained (56 mg, 48%) as white foam. TLC: methylene chloride/methanol/conc. ammonia (700:50:1) Rf =0.50, FD-MS: M+ =503,505.
