200 mg (0.396 mmol) of (2S*,4R*)-2-benzyl-1-(3,5-dichlorobenzoyl)-N-(4-quinolylmethyl)-4-piperidinamine are reacted with 66 μl (0.515 mmol) of cyclohexyl isocyanate in analogy to Example 16a. The title compound ##STR79## is obtained as white crystals (165 mg, 66%) of melting point 229° C. (decomposition). TLC:methylene chloride/methanol/conc. ammonia (700:50: 1) Rf =0.44, FD-MS:M+ =628, 630.
