200 mg (0.396 mmol) of (2S*,4R*)-2-benzyl-1-(3,5-dichlorobenzoyl)-N-(4-quinolylmethyl)-4-piperidinamine are reacted with 45 mg (0.377 mmol) of phenyl isocyanate in analogy to Example 16a. The title compound ##STR80## is obtained as solid residue (129 mg, 52%). TLC:methylene chloride/methanol/conc. ammonia (700:50:1) Rf =0.42, FD-MS:M+ =622, 624.
