The thus-obtained compound (A) is dissolved in a saturated methanol solution of ammonia, and the resultant solution is left to stand, thereby reacting the compound and ammonia to obtain 1-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1-(4-(4-carbamoylthiazol-2-yl)-thiophen-2-yl)-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)ethanol (B).
