Procedure

Using the procedure of Example 15, 1.02 g of the product of Example 20, 50 ml. of terbutyl alcohol and 25 ml of potassium hydroxide were reacted to obtain after recrystallization from acetonitrile, 686 mg of the expected product melting at 214° C.

Workup

  1. customto obtain
  2. customafter recrystallization from acetonitrile, 686 mg of the expected product melting at 214° C.
