A solution of the product of Example 25 (0.1 g) in aqueous sodium hydroxide (1N, 0.8 ml) and ethanol (2 ml) was kept for 2 hours. The solution was evaporated and the residue dissolved in water (5 ml). Hydrochloric acid (1N, 0.8 ml) was added and the precipitate was filtered and washed with water and ether to give the title compound as a solid: m.p. 305°-306° C.; m/e 342(M+H)+ ; NMR(d6DMSO) δ 8.0(2H, d); 6.72(6H,m); 3.74(2H,t); 3.3(4H,m); 2.94(4H,m); 2.19(2H,t); 1.72(2H,m); calculated for C19H23N3O3 : C, 66.8; H, 6.8; N, 12.3. Found: C, 67.0; H, 6.8; N, 12.2%.
