120 g of carrier-bound penicillinacylase (moist weight) according to Example 4, with an activity of 1,160 U (NIPAB test) and 120 g of potassium penicillin G, are introduced into 1,300 ml of water and stirred for 9 hours at 38°C. and pH 7.8, as described in Example 14. The mixture is worked up as described in Example 14. The carrier-bound penicillinacylase is employed 5 times in succession for the enzymatic splitting reaction.
