Prepared from 8-trifluoromethyl-6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine (example C.26 step 10) (4.44 g, 14 mmol) and iodine monochloride as described in example C.20 step 3. Obtained the title compound as a yellow solid (5.803 g, 98%). MS (ISP) 458.2 [(M+H)+].
