Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 3-Iodo-7-trifluoromethyl-5-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (example C.1, method 2, step 2) (340 mg, 1.0 mmol) and phenylacetylene (267 mg, 1.0 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as an orange solid (250 mg, 58%). MS (ISP) 432.3[(M+H)+]; mp 144-145° C.
