Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 5-(4-chloro-3-methyl-phenyl)-3-ethynyl-7-trifluoromethyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (example C.11) (168 mg, 0.5 mmol) and commercially available 5-bromo-thiophene-2-sulfonamide (121 mg, 0.5 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as a yellow solid (119 mg, 48%). MS (ISN) 495.2 [(M−H)−]; mp 216° C.
