Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 3-ethynyl-8-trifluoromethyl-6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine (example C.18) (360 mg, 1 mmol) and commercially available 3-bromobenzene-1-sulfonamide (216 mg, 1 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as an off-white solid (70 mg, 13%). MS (ISP) 510.4 [(M+H)+]; mp 240° C.
