Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 7-difluoromethyl-5-(3-ethoxy-phenyl)-3-ethynyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (example C.19) (313 g, 1.0 mmol) and commercially available 3-bromobenzene-sulfonamide (307 mg, 1.3 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as a yellow foam (50 mg, 11%). MS (ISP) 469.3 [(M+H)+]; mp 167-168° C.
