Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 3-iodo-8-trifluoromethyl-6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine (example C.26 step 11) (229 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 5-ethynyl-pyridin-2-ylamine (example D.1) (101 mg, 0.85 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as a bright orange solid (180 mg, 80%). MS (ISP) 448.2 [(M+H)+]; mp 267° C.
