Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 3-iodo-7-trifluoromethyl-5-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridine (example C.22 step 9) (300 mg, 0.7 mmol) and 5-ethynyl-pyridin-2-ylamine (example D.1) (93 mg, 0.8 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as a yellow solid (230 mg, 78%). MS (ISP) 447.2 [(M+H)+]; mp 243-245° C.
