The title compound was prepared from 8-fluoro-3-iodo-6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine (example C.29 step 6) (350 mg, 0.85 mmol) and 5-ethynyl-pyrimidin-2-ylamine (example D.2) (122 mg, 0.85 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as an off-white solid (116 mg, 29%). MS (ISP) 398.2 [(M+H)+]; mp 286° C.
