Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 3-iodo-8-trifluoromethyl-6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine (example C.26 step 11) (457 mg, 1 mmol) and 5-ethynyl-pyrimidin-2-ylamine (example D.2) (155 mg, 1.3 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as a light yellow solid (50 mg, 11%). MS (ISP) 449.2 [(M+H)+]; mp 220-221° C.
