The title compound was prepared from 3-ethynyl-7-trifluoromethyl-5-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (example C.1) (178 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 5-bromo-thiophene-2-sulfonic acid pyridin-4-ylamide (example B.57) (160 mg, 0.5 mmol) according to general procedure II and subsequent cleavage of the protecting group with TFA in dichloromethane at 0° C. Obtained as an orange solid (160 mg, 54%). MS (ISN) 592.1 [(M−H)−]; mp 209° C.
