The title compound was prepared from 5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-3-iodo-7-methyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (example 292) (185 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 5-ethynyl-thiophene-2-sulfonic acid amide (example D.3) (94 mg, 0.5 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as a yellow solid (94 mg, 44%). MS (ISP) 429.5 [(M+H)+].
