Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-3-iodo-7-methyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (example 292) (185 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 2-(4-ethynyl-phenyl)-propan-2-ol (example D.4) (80 mg, 0.5 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as a yellow solid (94 mg, 47%). MS (ISP) 402.3 [(M+H)+]; mp 112-115° C.
