The title compound (0.140 g, 65%) was prepared from the product of Example 31 Step 5 and (4-chlorophenoxy)acetaldehyde (Maguire et al, J. Chem. Soc., 1954, 3669) using the method of Example 32; MS(ES+) m/e 513 [M+H]+.
