Trifluoroacetic acid (2 mL) was added to a solution of Example 365 (35 mg, 0.06 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (3 mL) and stirred at room temperature for 5 hours. Concentrated under vacuum. Residue was purified by preparative HPLC to provide 25 mg (70%) of the desired product as the trifluoroacetate salt. MS (DCI) m/e 488 (M+H)+, 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6): □ 9.87 (s, 1H), 7.99-8.08 (m, 4H), 7.95 (s, 1H), 7.80 (d, J=8.42 Hz, 1H), 7.52 (s, 1H), 7.36 (s, 1H), 7.34 (dd, J=8.42, 1.56 Hz, 1H), 7.30 (dd, J=8.11, 1.25 Hz, 1H), 6.82-6.97 (m, 2H), 4.03 (s, 3H), 3.83 (m, 1H), 3.64-3.74 (m, 2H), 3.38-3.57 (m, 4H), 2.19 (m, 1H), 1.95 (m, 1H).
