A mixture of Example 642B (11.2 mg, 0.016 mmol) in dichloromethane (1 mL) was treated with trifluoroacetic acid (50 μL, 0.65 mmol) and stirred at room temperature. The reaction mixture was then concentrated and purified by preparative HPLC.
