Reacting 2-chloromethylpyrazine with ethylenediamine by the procedure of Example 34 and reacting the resulting N-(2-pyrazinylmethyl)ethylenediamine with N-cyano-N', S-dimethylisothiourea by the procedure of Example 3 gives the title compound.
