Treat 5,6a(R),7,8,9,9a(S)-hexahydro-2,5-dimethylcyclopent[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]purin-4(3H)-one from Example 19a with bromomethyl acetate in accordance with Example 47 to give the title compound as a powder.
