The title compound was prepared according to the general procedure for the synthesis of N-Aryl-benzenesulfonamides previously described using (2-amino-5-chloro-phenyl)-pyridin-3-yl-methanone and 4-Trifluoromethoxy-benzenesulfonyl chloride and purified by HPLC. 1H NMR: δ 6.93 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.51 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 7.58-7.61 (m, 3 H), 7.67 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 8.03-8.05 (m, 1H), 8.74 (d, J=1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.79 & 8.80 (dd, J=6.0 Hz, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 9.73 (s, 1H). MS: M/z 456.9 (M++1).
