The title compound was prepared according to the general procedure for the synthesis of N-Aryl-benzenesulfonamides previously described using (2-Amino-5-chloro-phenyl)-(6-methyl-pyridin-3-yl)-methanone and 4-tert-butyl-benzenesulfonyl chloride and purified by HPLC. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 9.77 (br s, 1H, NH), 8.40 (dm, 1H, J=1.8 Hz), 7.77 (dm, 1H, J=8.6 Hz), 7.71 (dd, 1H, J =8.1 Hz, J=2.2 Hz), 7.58 (dm, 2H, J=8.6 Hz), 7.50 (dd, 1H, J=9.0 Hz, J=2.4 Hz), 7.32 (d, 1H, J=2.2 Hz), 7.29 (dm, 2H, J=8.6 Hz), 7.23 (d, 1H, J=8.1 Hz), 2.63 (s, 3H), 1.20 (s, 9H). MS: m/z 443 (M+1).
