The title compound was prepared from 2,6-diphenyl-pyrimidin-4-ol (which was obtained in Intermediate 4) and methyl 4-(bromomethyl)benzoate according to Method A and Method B; 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz) δ 5.62 (s, 2H), 7.25 (t, J=8.9 Hz, 2H), 7.49 (s, 1H), 7.50-7.70 (m, 12H); LC retention time 3.59 min; MS: m/z (ESI) 381 (M−H).
