The title compound was prepared from 6-benzyl-2-(3,5-dichloro-phenyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ol (which was obtained in Intermediate 7) and 4-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl bromide according to Method A; LC retention time 3.49 min; MS: m/z (ESI) 544 (M+H).
