The title compound was prepared from 6-benzyl-2-(3,5-dichloro-phenyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ol (which was obtained in Intermediate 7) and methyl 4-(bromomethyl)benzoate according to Method A and Method B; LC retention time 2.77 min; MS: m/z (ESI) 520 (M+H).
