Reaction Steps
General procedure G using 4-(2-dimethylamino-ethoxy)-3-formyl-benzeneboronic acid and 3-bromo-pyridine gave the title product as yellow oil in 13% yield. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ 10.46 (s, 1H), 8.76 (d, 1H), 8.52 (dd, 1H), 8.00 (d, 1H), 7.80 (dt, 1H), 7.72 (dd, 1H), 7.30 (ddd, 1H), 7.07 (d, 1H), 4.28 (t, 2H), 2.90 (t, 2H), 2.42 (s, 6H).
