This compound was prepared by a procedure similar to that described in Example 49 starting with 0.165 g (0.47 mmol) of 6-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-8-methyl-2-methylsulfanyl-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one of Example 37 and 1.00 g (8.20 mmol) of 2-(2-aminoethyl)-pyridine yielding 0.082 g of pure product; mp 173°-174° C.
