This compound was prepared by a procedure similar to that described in Example 49 starting with 0.165 g (0.47 mmol) of 6-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-8-methyl-2-methylsulfanyl-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one of Example 37 and 1.00 g (4.00 mmol) of 1-(3-aminopropyl)-4-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazine yielding 0.103 g of pure product; mp 187°-188° C.
