Reaction Steps
Prepare by the method of Example 3.7 using 1-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyl)-3-(2-(4-(1-(2-ethoxyethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl-amino)piperidin-1-yl)ethyl)-3-(3,4-dimethylphenyl)pyrrolidine (0.4 g, 0.61 mmol) and methanesulfonic acid (0.24 g) to give the title compound: mp; 87-97° C.
