Reaction Steps
Prepare by the method of Example 4.1 using (+)-1-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyl)-3-(2-(4-(1-(2-ethoxyethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl-amino)piperidin-1-yl)ethyl)-3-phenylpyrrolidine and methanesulfonic acid to give the title compound: mp; 95-106° C. [α]2D0=+1.6° (c=1.00, methanol).
