Reaction Steps
Prepare by the method of Example 3.7 using (−)-1-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyl)-3-(2-(4-(1-(2-ethoxyethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl-amino)piperidin-1-yl)ethyl)-3-phenylpyrrolidine (0.85 mmol) and methanesulfonic acid (0.32 g, 3.33 mmol) to give the title compound. [α]2D0=−1.6° (1.00, methanol).
