Prepare by the method of Example 6.6 using 1-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl)-3-(4-fluorophenylmethyl)-3-(3-methanesulfonylpropyl)-2-oxopyrrolidine (0.32 g, 0.63 mmol) and (1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)(piperidin-4-yl)amine (0.30 g, 0.63 mmol). Purify by chromatography on silica gel eluting with 2% triethylamine/30% ethyl acetate/methanol to give the title compound: Rf=0.55 (silica gel, 2% triethylamine/methanol).
