Reaction Steps
Prepare by the method of Example 23.2 using 1-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl)-3-(3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenylmethyl)-3-(2-(t-butyldimethylsilyloxy)ethyl)-2-oxopyrrolidine (0.20 g, 0.31 mmol) and ammonium fluoride (0.07 g, 1.93 mmol) to give the title compound: Rf=0.45 (silica gel, ethyl acetate).
