Reaction Steps
Using coupling method A, 4-[2-amino-2-(2-chlorophenyl)-ethoxymethyl]piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (7.5 g, 20 mmol) and 3-chloroindole-6-carboxylic acid (3.9 g, 20 mmol) afforded, after purification (SiO2: 33% to 50% EtOAc in hexane), 8 g (73%) of the title compound.
