Using alkylation method A, 3-chloro-N-[1-(2-fluoro-phenyl)-2-(piperidin-4-ylmethoxy)ethyl]-1H-indole-6-carboxamide (303 mg, 0.71 mmol) and acetone (2 mL, 27 mmol) afforded 260 mg (78%) of the title compound.
